Welcome to the BLOODHOUND website. Here you should be able to find everything you need to know about this UK-led, global project to build a supersonic car that will not only beat the current World Land Speed Record, but also smash the 1,000mph barrier.
The BLOODHOUND Project wouldn’t exist without our fantastic group of sponsors, which range in size from major international companies to small, local businesses. Each offers us something special and in return we try to help you make the most of this unique sponsorship opportunity.
There are different levels of sponsorship available to companies and organisations interested in helping us to get BLOODHOUND SSC built and transported to South Africa, and to realise our dream of driving a Car faster than 1,000mph. Along the way, we aim to inspire a generation of children and students to develop an interest in science, technology, engineering and maths. Sponsorship opportunities include:
- Main sponsorship – provision of significant financial support and often technical know-how and support
- Stripe sponsorship – financial contribution and often products and/or services and/or support
- Product sponsorship – provision of goods and/or services
- SME sponsorship – financial sponsorship opportunity for small and medium sized companies

BLOODHOUND wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for the passion of founder (and former land speed world record holder) Richard Noble, driver and current land speed world record holder Andy Green, and the dedicated Team who work tirelessly on the design and construction of the car.
